6. I have read 29 of the 39 Shakespeare plays, some of them 5 times or more.
7. I have traveled to 43 U.S. States and 20 countries. They are, in order: USA, Canada, Guatemala, Russia, Dominican Republic, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Germany, France, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Kuwait, Iraq, Italy, Ireland (for 2 hrs), Thailand, and Japan (for 8 hours), Mexico (4 hours), and Vatican City. I have seen 85% or more of these countries: USA, Kuwait, Germany, and Liechtenstein.
8. I have studied (to some degree) 12 foreign languages, and can read and write in 5 alphabets. 9. I was a United States Marine, spent 6 years in the reserves, stationed at Fort Snelling, MN, with Military Police Company (MPCO, HQBN, 4thMARDIV, USMCR). And yes, I was in Kuwait and Iraq (all the way to Baghdad) during the 2003 war. And then I was in Al-Asad, Al-Anbar province, 2005-2006. And if "once a Marine, always a Marine", then why reenlist? I'll be getting my honorable discharge this summer!
10. I am a Linguistics major, TESL minor, at the University of Minnesota, and also president of the Juggling Club at the University of Minnesota
